Operations Assistant to the Vice President – Teleradiology Practice
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Assistant to support the Vice President of our teleradiology practice in managing daily operations, special projects, and strategic initiatives. This role serves as an executive-level assistant and operations liaison, requiring familiarity with radiology workflows, imaging modalities, teleradiology platforms, and healthcare operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable juggling administrative responsibilities with project support across clinical, technical, and business domains.

Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination
- Support daily operations including credentialing, licensing, onboarding, and scheduling processes.
- Help coordinate activities between operations, IT, radiologists, and client services teams.
- Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and monitoring QA processes.
Project & Process Support
- Track and follow up on key initiatives, deliverables, and action items on behalf of the VP.
- Assist in developing SOPs, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor service metrics and compile operational reports for performance review.

Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or executive assistant role—preferably in a healthcare or radiology setting.
- Familiarity with radiology modalities (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, etc.) and teleradiology workflows.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
