Clinician (RN) Women's Specialty/Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinician II collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients in a clinic setting. This role focuses on maintaining safety and high-quality care standards while coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities for the patient population. Success is measured by patient satisfaction and quality performance metrics. The Clinician II also provides clinical leadership through critical thinking and problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

• EDUCATION: RN required; BSN preferred.
• CERTIFICATION: NM RN license and BLS certification required.
• SKILLS: Effective communication, teaching techniques, and patient education coordination.
• EXPERIENCE: One year in a clinical setting preferred.
  
  

NATURE OF SUPERVISION: Supervises medical assistants and ensures clinical staff competency.

ENVIRONMENT: Requires physical stamina and exposure to clinic conditions.
