Seeking a compassionate Director of Nursing to oversee hiring, training, and management of the community care team. This role involves liaising with family members, community agencies, physicians, and outside care providers.

  • Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday
  • Salary: Up to $110,000 Bonus

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with care regulations, accurate record-keeping, and promoting safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a care setting; Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Dementia care is a plus
