- Provide quality direct care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to achieve patient care outcomes.
- Collect health information and communicate with physicians.
- Assist in executing the physicians care plan and provide patient education.
- Current Connecticut LPN license.
- Experience in outpatient or ambulatory settings.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
