COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS (LCSW) - Hospital - Alaska

  • Salary: Clinician I (up to $95K), Clinician II (up to $110K)
  • Relocation: $20,000 (negotiable)
  • Sign-on bonus: 10% of salary (negotiable)
  • Retention bonus: 10% at 2-year mark
  • Student Loan Repayment available
  • Annual base increase up to 5%
  • Educational reimbursement
  • Vacation: Bank up to 400 hours
  • Gym wellness day per week
  • Onsite childcare

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience required
  • Masters degree in behavioral health or PhD/PsyD
  • Alaska Clinical Licensure within 4 years
