Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for inpatient rehab at Southwest Medical Center with a $15,000 sign-on bonus.
- Provide ethical, cost-effective physical therapy services per established care plans and compliance standards.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop and modify rehab plans, and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate care with clinical team, supervise Physical Therapy Assistants, and document accurately and timely.
- Deliver skilled interventions, interpret referrals, and tailor care to patient age and cultural needs.
- In home health, provide and reassess treatments, maintaining quality documentation.
- Qualifications include Oklahoma PT license or eligibility, BLS/CPR, effective communication, and preferred relevant experience.
- Additional requirements include possible physical demands, infection control precautions, and valid driver�s license for transportation roles.
