We are seeking a passionate Nurse to join our team as a Quality Manager, focusing on improving residents' quality of life. Both RNs and LPNs are encouraged to apply.

  • Develop and maintain a quality management plan.
  • Establish tracking systems for healthcare quality improvement.
  • Monitor high-risk events and conduct preventive studies.
  • Coordinate external oversight visits and follow up on corrective actions.

Requirements include a valid RN or LPN license, First Aid/CPR certification, and basic computer skills. Desired experience includes EMR and long-term care.
