Position: Clinical Support Nurse (CSN) in Float Pool
Work Shift: Weekend Day
Salary Range: $74,484.00 - $122,907.00
Summary: The CSN provides expert consultation and support to Patient Care Services staff in clinical situations, teaching essential patient care skills and managing complex cases. Responsibilities include assisting staff in skill development, teaching intravascular therapy management, and providing direct patient care. Candidates should have a BSN (or be pursuing one), current RN registration in New York, and a minimum of three years of acute care experience. Strong communication, problem-solving, and ethical conduct are essential.
