Develop orientation programs for new staff
Oversee staff orientation and ongoing development
Promote conflict resolution and consensus building
Liaise with executive leadership and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with laws and policies
Assist in policy development and monitoring
Lead educational activities to enhance nursing practice
Minimum Qualifications
Masters Degree (MS-Nursing preferred)
3-5 years critical care experience
BLS Certification
Strong communication and leadership skills
