Join a dedicated team as a critical care Registered Nurse (RN) in a 60% FTE, 12-hour evening/night shift role with a two in six weekend rotation and holiday requirements. This in-person position at 8501 Excelsior Dr, Madison, WI, offers differential pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
Qualifications: BSN preferred, 2 years eICU experience required, WI RN license, CPR/BLS certification, and ACLS within 6 months.
- Support critical care patients via e-care from the eICU command center.
- Round on approximately 35 patients per shift and manage acute and chronic conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and mentor RNs at regional sites.
- Collaborate with experienced RNs, nursing assistants, and intensivists.
