Physicians provide a comprehensive range of primary and specialty care services at the 333-bed hospital and outpatient facilities both on and off of the Eskenazi Health downtown campus including at a network of Eskenazi Health Center sites located throughout Indianapolis.

Job Role Summary
The Field Services - Master Painter / Finish Carpenter will lead all efforts for aesthetics for the Eskenazi Health Centers and Sandra Eskenazi Mental Health Centers. This work will include painting and minor carpentry preventative and corrective maintenance.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Remove and safely dispose of old paint and materials, following any local, state, and federal disposal guidelines
- Prep all surfaces including completing drywall repairs for painting
- Perform various floor repairs including VCT, LVT, carpet squares, and transitions
- Perform counter repairs including replacements, resurfacing, re-caulking and or preventive maintenance, and chair rail repairs and installation
- Install walk talker type materials
- Replace or repair wall trim, cove base, ceiling grid and tiles
- Update work completion and schedule documentation.
- Use work order system to document activities as well tracking, organizing, and prioritizing work orders
- Train team members and provide subject matter expertise, knowledge management documentation, workflows and procedures
- Communicate with clients and customers, coordinate with customers for accessing areas to perform job related duties
