Job Details
A hospital in Eastern Nebraska is looking for a day shift CT Tech.
Position will cover CT but also assist in Xray.
CT Tech with 1 year experience head and neck CTA's, CT Perfusion experience a plus, x-ray experience to include fluoro such as UGI barium studies.
Job Requirements
BLS and ARRT are required.
Prefer X-ray and MRI experience for day shift.
Night shift MUST have CT / X-ray experience.
Schedule Information
12 hour shifts with a guarantee of 36 hours.
Mixed 9, 10, and 12 hour shifts - start time vary on shift, cyclic scheduling handled by supervisors.
Every 4th weekend for day shift, every other for overnights.
2 holidays per year.
Weekend call : once every 6 weeks / Weeknight call : 3-4 week nights per month when fully staffed.
Additional Details
Department : CT Tech
Common types of imaging / studies performed : Adults, geriatrics, and some Peds through the ER, CT biopsies, drains, aspirations, cryoablations, cervical injections, stroke angio studies with 3rd party processing, CTA coronary.
EMR : EPIC / PACS : McKesson
Department Specific Equipment : Siemens CT scanners.
Approximately 3 days of unit / department specific orientation.
