A large system in Nebraska / Iowa are looking for a day Med / Surg RN.
Medical Surgical with tele.
Job Requirements
ACLS
RN's - Pass / Fail exam on Friday during orientation. OPEN BOOK exam on skills learned - they are given all necessary resources to pass. Must receive a 90% to pass or they will be terminated.
Schedule Information
12 Hour shifts / 36 hours per week.
0630-1900, 1830-0700
every other weekend.

Unit / Location / Floor Designation : 7 west / 7 east / 5 east
Number of Beds : 60
Patient Population : Adults with a small amount of pediatrics (1-5 peds a year)
RN Ratio : 5 : 01
Common Patient Diagnosis : post surgical, diabetes, HF, HTN, weakness, cancer
Scrubs : Navy
EMR : Epic
IV pumps : Alaris
Float : yes, to 6E, acute rehab unit, geriatric psych unit
