Our Athletic Trainers cover all sports and home games as well as travel, based on the Athletic Director’s discretion. Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting in the administration of all aspects of injury/illness prevention, recognition, evaluation, management, treatment, rehabilitation, and health care education and counseling for student athletes participating in the athletics program.
- Documentation of and maintaining accurate injury records.
- Organization of rehabilitation and injury prevention programs.
- Cooperation and collaboration with strength and conditioning staff.
- Coordination and oversight of all necessary medical referrals.
- Collaboration with team physicians, physical therapists, and other allied health-care professional providers.
- Direct communication with coaches, parents, student-athletes, athletic administration, and other stakeholders when appropriate.
- Athletic Training Room coverage. This will include being present in the Athletic Training Room during scheduled open hours to see walk-in athletes.
- Perform other duties and administrative tasks as assigned and commensurate with the normal activities related to varsity sport athletic training service.

Qualifications
Licenses/Certifications:
- BS degree required
- NATA certification required
- Current Basic Life Support/CPR Card
- Basic First Aid is desirable
