- Supervise nursing staff and assist in hiring and training.
- Manage clinical operations and develop care plans.
- Update nursing policies and assist in budget management.

- Participate in quality improvement activities.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
- Two years in addiction nursing and supervisory experience preferred.
- Current Massachusetts RN License and CPR certification required.
