Essential Duties
- Conduct initial and ongoing client assessments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling.
- Document assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Educate clients on substance use disorders and recovery resources.
- Coordinate case management and discharge planning.
- Provide crisis intervention and support ongoing treatment planning.
- Counselor III: Masters degree and Associate License; Starting salary: $60,000.
- Counselor IV: Masters degree and Independent License; Starting salary: $80,000.
