Education
Education
- Valid Ohio physical therapy license
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current CPR certification
- Evaluate patients and develop effective therapy programs
- Review therapy orders and assess patient needs
- Modify programs based on patient progress
- Maintain departmental policies and quality assurance
- Ensure safety and infection control
- Assist with equipment maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
