- Outcomes Identification/Planning: Document nursing interventions based on diagnoses (30%).
- Implementation/Evaluation: Evaluate and document responses to interventions (20%).
- Leadership: Participate in process improvement for clinical quality and satisfaction (10%).
- Operations: Support departmental operations (10%).
