Therapist - Evenings

Responsibilities

As a Therapist, you will plan and deliver evidence-based treatment to adult and/or adolescent patients with behavioral health disorders. Your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing patient-specific treatment plans.
• Leading individual and group therapy sessions, including family sessions.
• Collaborating with a treatment team to ensure effective aftercare.
• Maintaining patient safety and promoting their well-being.
• Documenting clinical assessments and progress notes.
  
  

Qualifications include a Masters degree, experience in addiction and mental health, and strong communication skills. No direct supervisory responsibilities are required.

Work is primarily indoors, with occasional exposure to outside conditions.
