Wound & Treatment Nurse LPN or RN

• Perform preventive skin care, dressing changes, and wound care.
• Monitor resident positioning and treatment of decubitus ulcers.
• Assess nutrition/hydration for residents with ulcers.
• Maintain treatment supplies and follow infection control policies.
• On-call rotation required.
  
  

Requirements: Current RN or LPN license, 1-3 years nursing experience, CPR certification, strong documentation skills, and customer service orientation. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination required.
