We are seeking a Wound Care Nurse to deliver specialized nursing care to residents as directed by physicians and the Director of Nursing Services.

Responsibilities

  • Document resident progress and notify physicians of skin condition changes
  • Develop and update care plans
  • Follow infection control policies
  • Assist with admissions and discharges
  • Educate staff on wound care protocols

Qualifications

  • Must be a licensed RN or LPN
  • Current CPR certification required
  • Wound Certification preferred
  • Regular attendance is essential
