Techniques mainly used in the office include: Diversified and Thompson Drop (some Flexion Distraction, Activator and SOT). Associates are expected to be able to interpret and write an x-ray report, complete electronic records and comply with necessary documentation. While our practice does have a very strong patient base and active marketing streams, our ideal candidate needs to enjoy networking and attracting new patients. Our well established practice (over 26 years) has regular meetings, training and systems in place to support all new team members.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Chiropractor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with musculoskeletal issues, focusing on the spine and other joints. This role requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Responsibilities
- Desire and ability to network and market chiropractic and the office to the community through screenings, workshops, events and organizations.
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients to determine their health status and chiropractic needs.
- Develop personalized care plans based on patient evaluations, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Utilize various chiropractic techniques to treat acute pain and manage chronic conditions effectively.
- Monitor patient progress through regular observation and adjustments to care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on lifestyle changes, exercises, and rehabilitation techniques to promote overall wellness.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical imaging results and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on advancements in chiropractic practices and medical terminology relevant to the field.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of chiropractic and medical terminology and its application in patient care.
- Full x-ray capability: Taking, reading and generating reports
- Expertise in acute pain management strategies.
- Ability to perform comprehensive physical examinations effectively.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- In-depth understanding of physiology as it relates to chiropractic care.
- Excellent patient care skills with a focus on empathy and communication.
