Health Link Home Health and Hospice, is a renowned provider of comprehensive and industry leading home health services in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. For the past 2 decades, we have been and continue to to deliver high-quality care for our patients. We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Home Health Aide (HHA) for San Francisco and the Peninsula.
Your goal will be to improve the quality of life for your patients. All Home Health Aide services will be provided in accordance with each patient's individual plan of care. Our back office is dedicated to supporting our field clinicians, which truly allows them to function remotely and independently.We are searching for a dynamic, high energy provider to join our team. We offer TOP OF MARKET compensation with flexibility to allow for work/life balance. We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan.
Responsibilities
- Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion
- Meeting safety needs of patients and using medical equipment safely
- Skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue
- Take vital signs
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide
- Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Valid driver's license
- High school degree
Pay: Depends on ExperienceRequirements
- Valid HHA License with the State of California (will not accept HCA or CNA license)
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexibility to cover 15-25 mile radius
- Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience
- Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- High School Degree
Salary : $17 - $22
