Currently, we are seeking a self-driven Scheduling Intake Coordinator to join our team in the Walnut Creek Area.
As an essential member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment with our clinical and office staff in San Francisco and Walnut Creek. This is an IMMEDIATE job opening for our Walnut Creek office, the ideal candidate is a dynamic, high-energy, team player ready to join our team and hit the ground running Candidates will be required to work on-site. We are looking for someone that is willing to demonstrate exemplary performance in their ability to prioritize, multitask, organize, and learn quickly.
We are looking for a detail oriented individual, with an extremely pleasant demeanor who posses excellent communication skills along with being comfortable with handling a large call volume! As a Scheduling Intake Coordinator, you will perform clerical / scheduling activities that facilitate Agency operations. These activities include coordination of clinician schedules with the patients wants and needs, processing intake information, and communication with referral sources.
