Responsibilities

Position provides care and services for adults with diverse needs, focusing on stabilization, placement coordination, and discharge support from higher care levels. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Providing short-term therapeutic interventions and crisis support.
• Collaborating with the Community Care Team for integrated care.
• Maintaining clinical records and attending team meetings.
• Leading a clinical team to meet client needs.
  
  

Qualifications include a Masters degree in a related field, 2-4 years of behavioral health experience, and a valid drivers license. The role requires strong critical thinking, leadership, and a trauma-informed approach.
