Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts
Salary: $19 - $25.50 per hour, eligible for a $5000 sign-on bonus.
Job Summary: Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under RN supervision. Responsibilities include personal care, vital signs, and documentation. Assist with meals and maintain cleanliness.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred, minimum age 16, and CNA certification required within four months. Prior experience in long-term care is preferred.
