- Timely and accurate MDS assessments
- Compliance verification with regulatory requirements
- Supervision of MDS data entry and transmission
- Issue resolution and report preparation for the Director of Nursing
- Participation in facility surveys and audits
- Support for quality improvement initiatives
- COVID-19 vaccination required
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (RN, BSN, or LPN)
- Active RN license and 3 years of clinical experience in long-term care
- Prior MDS/RAI experience and strong clinical assessment skills
- Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
