Status: Reports to the Director of Nursing and supervises nursing staff.
Essential Functions: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care; oversee nursing staff; ensure quality care; coordinate continuity of care; complete MDS paperwork; manage wound care; monitor resident conditions; participate in care conferences; maintain confidentiality; address complaints; oversee medication administration; and ensure compliance with guidelines.
