- Responsibilities:*
- Provide direct patient care and ensure quality healthcare management.
- Monitor clinical metrics and manage staff for compliance.
- Drive patient experience metrics and communicate with employers.
- Participate in quality improvement meetings and manage staffing levels.
- Align center initiatives with organizational standards.
- Qualifications:*
- MD or DO degree from an accredited program.
- Medical Director experience and board certification/eligibility.
- Occupational Medicine experience preferred.
- Unrestricted state licensure and DEA license required.
