- Conduct nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor residents' nutritional status and collaborate with the care team.
- Guide dietary staff on menu planning and compliance.
- Educate residents and families on dietary needs.
- Licensed Registered Dietitian in Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- 1 year of experience in long-term care preferred.
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and regulatory standards.
Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
