- Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients and families.
- Participate in creating and implementing individualized care plans.
- Demonstrate knowledge of hospice philosophy and cultural attitudes towards death.
- Utilize independent nursing judgment and critical thinking.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Bachelors degree in nursing preferred.
- 1-2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Current RN license required.
