Job Summary: Seeking a Registered Nurse (Field) for hospice care, working 8 AM to 5 PM with on-call duties. The role involves planning, organizing, and directing patient care in home settings, focusing on community health education.

Essential Functions

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Communicate with healthcare teams and families to coordinate care.
  • Participate in on-call duties and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program with 1-2 years of acute care and home care experience.
  • Current RN license and CPR certification required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and insured vehicle.

Sign-On Bonus: $2,000. Pay: $38.46 - $48.56 per hour.
