RN

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position with a standard dayshift schedule (M-F). The salary range is $70,000 - $85,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and develop care plans for patients and families.
• Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and counsel patients and families.
• Communicate with physicians and coordinate care plans with community health personnel.
• Supervise home health aides and participate in on-call duties.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Current state licensure and CPR certification required.
• Excellent communication and nursing skills.
