We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our team at the Urgent Primary Care Centre (UPCC). Our centre provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to our community, with an emphasis on both in-person and virtual care. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician interested in working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality urgent primary care.

Our centre provides comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to our community, with an emphasis on both in-person and virtual care. This is an exciting opportunity for a physician interested in working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality urgent primary care.
As a Family Physician at our UPCC, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering direct clinical care and virtual care, following the Clear Triage algorithm
- Providing full-scope Family Medicine, including the treatment of a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
- Conducting minor procedures, including laceration repair
- Coordinating transfers to the ER when appropriate.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, which includes: Nursing Triage and Clinical Nurses, Social Workers, Intermittent Family Practice Residents and Associate Physicians (Pilot Program)
