Position Overview
As an Account Manager at Health Monitor Network, you will be responsible for leading planning and execution of projects and campaigns for our clients from start to finish. This involves attending meetings and calls with clients, communicating information and objectives with internal teams, and overseeing the efficiency and quality of work.
Essential Job Functions
- Own client relationship post-sales, providing white-glove service and serving as the primary point of contact for all client-facing questions.
- Execute projects autonomously, working with various internal teams and business groups on multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Responsible for day-to-day implementation of project deliverables, ensuring they are client-ready, creating and maintaining status reports and trackers.
Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in account/project management in an agency setting, with some pharmaceutical or healthcare-focused client experience required.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communications skills, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
