Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
- Lead client relationships post-sales.
- Be the brand steward and oversee internal workflow efficiency and quality.
- Execute projects autonomously, collaborating with various internal teams and business groups on multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Implement day-to-day project deliverables, ensuring they are client-ready, and create and maintain status reports and trackers.
- Collaborate with Delivery Management, Finance, Production, Technical teams to align campaign structure and strategies against client business goals.
- Facilitate new client onboarding.
- Assist Sales team with RFPs and client-facing decks.
- Obtain creative/3rd party tags.
- Provide customer insight into new features, functionality, and enhancements.
