What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Front Desk Receptionist position at Health Outcomes Centers?
An exciting opportunity for a medical front desk receptionist to join a specialized team within a large healthcare system in San Antonio, Texas. The candidate will work collaboratively with our cross-functional team to coordinate care for patients with various chronic illnesses.
We are interested in employing highly motivated, detail-oriented, well-organized individuals to join our established team of providers, pharmacists, and data coordinators. Candidate must possess the ability to work well on a team and be comfortable engaging with medical providers, pharmacists, other medical staff, and patients. Strong customer service and computer skills a must.
Schedule is full-time weekdays. Candidate must be able to reliably commute to our San Antonio office.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet patients upon their arrival
- Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages
- Respond to phone calls from patients, medical providers, and other medical staff members
- Conduct patient outreach calls including scheduling patient appointments and confirming appointments
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 year experience in a front desk reception role (required)
- Experience as medical receptionist (preferred)
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) (preferred)

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
