HealthPoint is hiring for a leader to assist with the billing team in our Florence office. The Director of Revenue Cycle will be responsible for the Oversight of all technical aspects of revenue cycle including charge entry, payment posting and denial management. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain policies and standards for compliance with payer regulations
- Accountable for the performance of revenue, reimbursement and team production
- Project management to meet KPI industry standards
- Analysis of denial trends and reimbursement patters to maximize reimbursement
- Payer contract fee schedule management
- PM and EDI system management

Qualifications
5 years of experience in full scope healthcare revenue cycle management
MBA or equivalent degree
