Health Recovery Solutions (HRS) is looking to add a Business Development Representative (BDR) to our growing commercial team. As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in fostering business growth by identifying and engaging with healthcare organizations that could benefit from our platform. This role focuses on generating qualified leads, scheduling product demos for Sales Executives, and building relationships with key healthcare providers. We're looking for a motivated, results-oriented individual eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify market opportunities and assess the needs of potential partners to uncover opportunities for HRS's Remote Patient Monitoring and Telehealth solutions.
- Engage with healthcare organizations-including hospitals, health systems, home health agencies, hospice & palliative care organizations, physician groups, and payers-through cold calling, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads.
- Understand and articulate the value of HRS's solution to prospective clients
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop customized prospecting strategies, ensuring meeting quotas are met each month.
- Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to generate, qualify, and track leads effectively.
- Drive consistent outbound prospecting through high-volume calls and emails, staying flexible, organized, and responsive to shifting priorities.
- Follow up promptly with leads from conferences and webinars to generate new pipeline opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation, develop new content, and boost conversions through strategic, targeted outreach.
- Attend industry conferences to identify new business opportunities, representing HRS's mission and solutions.
