HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, Medication support services, and crisis intervention.

FOTEP El Monte (Female Offender Treatment and Employment Program) provides residential treatment and re-entry programming for parolees. Overnight Monitor in this program is responsible for maintaining and assessing the safety and security of the program and its residents throughout the night while providing a supportive treatment and welcoming environment. Through effective communication, Overnight Monitor relays relevant information to other members of the interdisciplinary team and performs crisis intervention as needed.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Safety and Security Responsibilities: Remains alert and awake during the entire overnight shift. Performs house runs to ensure and maintain accountability of all clients and the safety and security of the facility. Coordinates fire watch with residents. Performs crisis intervention and communicates with treatment team as unforeseen situations arise. Logs in medications and ensure med sheets are up to date and accurate. Performs client UAs as needed and document results. Documents client updates and incidents in the facility log daily. Performs CPR and First Aid as needed. May work weekends and holidays as needed. Transports clients when necessary.
Treatment Setting Responsibilities: When Directly Observed Therapy (DOT) is assigned, Overnight Monitor documents and accurately distributes client money, ensures client medications is securely stored and properly accounted for and hold facility keys and floater cellular phones. Ensure all house laundry is completed. Appropriately files any outstanding paperwork. Maintains tracking sheet and sends to the appropriate departments before the end of the shift. Attends required trainings and meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Certification, and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid certified within 30 days of employment.
- CPR certified within 30 days of employment.
- Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency.
- Drug and alcohol registration or certification recognized by Department of Health Care Services (DHCS).
- Must obtain a background check and CDCR live scan clearance.
Desired:
- Knowledge of gender-responsive, trauma-informed, and co-occurring treatment.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation (treatment plans, progress notes, etc.).

- Ability to enter data into various electronic systems while maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the data.
