At Health-Scripts® we work on behalf of Life Sciences providing prescribing support services that help Clinicians evaluate and access optimal therapies for their Patients.
We are seeking a Program Leader that will be responsible for facilitating live educational events we conduct on behalf of pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. The primary focus for this role is to provide stellar customer service to healthcare professionals as the primary liaison in the delivery educational speaker meetings taking place within the clinic setting.
This is a field-based per-diem position. The Program Leader travels nationwide to facilitate onsite educational programs on behalf of our clients. Our Clinician Contact Team contacts applicable healthcare professionals about our current programming and assigns a Program Leader to facilitate each program according to the geographic preference and availability.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Travel to educational events to support the Company’s delivery of educational programs designed provide prescribing updates to health professionals. All programs to take place within a healthcare professional office (small group) or an out-of-office venue (dinner program).
Proposed roles and responsibilities for the Program Leader:
- Onsite Facilitation of 30–60-minute educational program
- Fully versed on all applicable client compliance policies for conducting educational programs
- Working knowledge of applicable product and disease state training sufficient for monitoring programs
- Ability to identify compliance issues and course correct as necessary
- Training on questions they may answer on behalf of client and how other inquiries (e.g. Medical Information Requests)
- Ensures private room is organized to accommodate planned attendees
- Ensures timely delivery program catering and venue set-up
- Provides and sets up mini projector for presentation (as needed)
- Introduction of presenter to program participants
- Required to intervene if discussion goes off-label, product safety reporting
- Processes MIR forms (Medical Information Requests)
- Validates / Certifies program with checklist (as needed)
- Reports on events for corrective action opportunity (as needed)
- Complete client approved sign-in form documenting all program attendees
- Validation/close out step for all programs (as required)
- Certification of speaker conduct, information presented, and “appropriateness” of attendees based on “specialty” and that all potential issues have been reported within policy time limits (e.g. adverse events within 24 hours)

Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with Excel and CRM systems to work with customer information
- Strong technology skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Ability to work independently on assigned projects
- Experience and ability to travel to meetings in the US
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to understand the rules and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry and an ability to abide by all restrictions and required documentation
- Desire and ability to outperform all expectations

Note this is an opportunity to work as a contractor for Health-Scripts. This is a field-based per-diem position. Compensation paid for each completed program. No minimum guarantee.
