Our company is growing and we are in need of additional Human Resources support! Join the HSI team in our beautiful, modern Santa Rosa office near the Santa Rosa Airport.
The Human Resources Coordinator's role is to directly support our management and leadership team by recruiting talent for open positions in Sonoma County, Phoenix, AZ, and beyond; administrative tasks to uphold current practices with employee personnel files, assist with onboarding, employee lifecycle and termination, and any other administrative tasks needed to support leadership.
Health Services Integration (HSI) strives to provide the highest quality revenue cycle and operational services to the air and ground ambulance industry by deploying superior technology and hiring outstanding people. HSI is headquartered in Northern California and have expanded our services in Arizona.
Entry Level - Human Resources Coordinator
- Recruit talent for healthcare personnel
- Answering emails and other electronic messages as required
- Strong organization skills - maintaining a filing system for all employee documents
- Advanced computer skills, comfortable using multiple computer systems
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills with attention for detail
- Other duties as needed
