Were hiring for a Director of Electronic Health Record (EHR) Development and Operations. This office is located at 41 Montbello Pueblo, CO.
What Youd Be Doing
Under the supervision of the CFO, the Director of EHR Development and Operations is responsible for maintaining an effective Electronic Health Record, in accordance with the organizations strategic objectives. The Director of EHR Development and Operations will maintain and ensure that all EHR systems are designed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with regulatory requirements.
The Director of EHR Development and Operations is accountable and responsible for:
- Supervising EHR Specialists by providing consultation, problem resolution, and oversight.
- Performing business and clinical workflow analysis for implementation into the EHR, making informed recommendations regarding the most effective, efficient use of product features to fit the needs within workflows that are established.
- Leading process improvement efforts through agile framework.
- Collaborating with staff, vendors, Department Directors, Physicians, and Executives.
- Ensuring that implementation and training is sufficient, considering all stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining training manuals to be used by staff types across the company.
- Maintaining primary administrative controls of the EHR system, and making system changes as necessary.
- Driving resolution of end user issues; working with all parties to prioritize issues and offer solutions.
- Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the EHR and responding to inquiries from providers and staff to ensure efficient and timely actions are taken.
- Conducting all professional activity in an ethical manner, maintaining records accurately, adhering to timelines in accordance with agency standards, following applicable policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

What Were Looking ForThe Must-Haves
- Bachelors degree required.
- 5 years experience leading a team of Electronic Health Records (EHR) Specialists or related experience in implementing a network-wide EHR; EHR implementation experience in behavioral health-based facility preferred
