We’re looking for a full-time Supervisor of Healthcare Services, to join us at 41 Montebello Rd. in Pueblo.
What You’d Be Doing
As a Supervisor of Healthcare Services, you would be providing excellent oversight to staff members of the Medical Center and MARC teams to ensure we are providing exceptional care to our patients. You would develop strategies, plans and goals that support the mission of the company and carry them out in an organized and productive manner.
The Supervisor of Healthcare Services works under the direction of the Director of on Healthcare Services or designee, to
- Provides supervision including written performance reviews of annual staff performance evaluations under the direction of this position in accordance with Center policy and procedures.
- May assist with employee interviews, hiring and terminations of department staff, as needed;
- Assist with staff training and development;
- Schedule and lead meetings as assigned;
- Assists Director with clinical data analysis to assess trends for training needs, compliance, quality monitoring and service changes;
- Ensure that clinical program operations run efficiently and effectively;
- Is responsible for chart auditing and monitoring documentation of clinical staff to assure that they are accurate, complete and current.
- Complete monthly supervision of, registered nurses, Team leads referral coordinator and others as assigned.
- Develops and maintains professional working relationships with other Center departments
- May assist in writing and enforcing policies and procedures as needed or assigned.
- Demonstrated understanding of developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows.
- Maintains competency and proficiency with the Electronic Health Record and providing up to date information on EHR changes to team and assigned staff.
- Assists in managing grants which includes tracking, report writing and data management as assigned;
- Provides administrative/supervisory coverage in the absence of other director, as assigned;
- Possess knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) regulations for Opioid Treatment Programs (OTP); this role will also serve as the OTP Program Sponsor.
- Knowledge of SOP’s and SOC’s with regard to Primary Care and Medication Assisted Treatment.
- Provide or troubleshoot staff coverage;
- Assist with supply and inventory management;
- Project management as assigned;
- Ability to travel to satellite offices as needed.
- Willingness to take on-call duties during after-hours, holidays, and weekends as assigned.
- Ability to provide coverage during critical staffing shortages and in the event of dispensing nurse call-offs.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For—The Must-Haves
- BSN or MSN or closely related field;
- RN licensing in good standing;
- Excellence in written and oral communications is a must.
- Valid Colorado driver’s license and access to transportation during work hours is required.
