We have an exciting opportunity at our Medical Center for a full-time Support Staff to work at Health Solutions Offices at 41 Montebello Rd, in Pueblo.
What Youll Be Doing
As a member of the Support Staff, you would be working in a fast-paced behavioral healthcare and addiction recovery practice. Creating and sustaining positive, compassionate interactions with clients and co-workers, and providing high quality service will be central to the work you do. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be important to your responsibilities.
Specifically, the Support Staff member
- Provides exemplary customer service;
- Works hours that cover agency hours (hours may vary by location and programmatic needs);
- Covers front desk reception;
- Operates phones/phone system;
- Scans and uploads records to the electronic health record;
- Verifies client payer eligibility;
- Schedules client appointments as requested;
- Processes Release of Information requests;
- Balances cash drawer/box;
- Maintains client electronic health records as needed;
- Completes client phone enrollments;
- Completes other departments job requests as needed;
- Covers at various locations as assigned;
- Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 20 pounds;
- Stands, sits, drives and walks for prolonged periods of time;
- Works under stress in emergency situations;
- Records data electronically and communicates with clients, using normal range of hearing and vision;
- Frequently operates a computer keyboard and mouse using hands and fingers; and
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

- One year of secretarial experience, including basic computer and keyboarding skills
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
- Demonstrated understanding of appropriate boundaries
- Demonstrated flexibility
- Colorado drivers license and access to reliable transportation during work hours
- Must be able to travel to Trinidad & Walsenburg
