This is a 13-week contract position with a high chance of extension . The ideal candidate will work closely with patients to help improve their ability to perform daily activities, contributing to their overall rehabilitation and well-being.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing treatment plans for patients
- Provide direct patient care under supervision of the Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care
- Provide education to patients and their families about therapeutic activities
