Your Role :
- Deliver Exceptional Patient Care : LPN will assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and respond to changes in patient needs.
- Craft and Implement Care Plans : LPN will develop and adjust personalized care plans in collaboration with our dedicated healthcare teams.
- Empower Through Education : Licensed Practicing Nurse will educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, and post-care.
- Maintain Accurate Documentation : Keep detailed, accurate records of nursing observations and care provided, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
- Communicate Effectively : Licensed Practicing Nurse will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.
- Participate in Quality Improvement : LPN will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and adhering to established nursing standards.
- Respond to Emergencies : LPN will be prepared to provide CPR and emergency treatments when needed.
- Advocate for Patients : Licensed Practicing Nurse will support patients' rights and provide compassionate emotional support.
