Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at a renowned Skilled Nursing and Rehab Center in Grants Pass, OR. This is a 13-week contract position with a flexible day shift schedule to accommodate your needs. As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide quality care and therapy services to our residents, helping them achieve their maximum functional potential.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient’s physical and mental abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Plan, implement, and monitor therapeutic interventions for patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for patients.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, strategies, and home modifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy (OT) license in the state of Oregon.
• New Graduates Welcomed!!
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Flexibility in scheduling is a must.
