Your Role :
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care : RN will assess patient conditions, administer medications, monitor vital signs, assist with diagnostic tests, and respond to changes in patient needs.Craft and Implement Care Plans : RN will develop and adjust personalized care plans in collaboration with our dedicated healthcare teams.Empower Through Education : Registered Nurse will educate patients and their families about disease prevention, treatment options, and post-care.Maintain Accurate Documentation : Keep detailed, accurate records of nursing observations and care provided, ensuring compliance with all guidelines.Communicate Effectively : Registered Nurse will work closely with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best care outcomes.Participate in Quality Improvement : RN will contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and adhering to established nursing standards.Respond to Emergencies : RN will be prepared to provide CPR and emergency treatments when needed.Advocate for Patients : Registered Nurse will support patients’ rights and provide compassionate emotional support.What We’re Looking For :
Graduates of an accredited nursing program with a current NY or NJ RN license.BLS / CPR Certification.Up-to-date medical documentation (Physical, Titers, QuantiFERON) or willingness to update.Strong clinical skills with a compassionate, caring demeanor.Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.What We Offer :
