We are currently hiring for a FULL TIME Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our team!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 2:20PM-11:00PM
Training Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00AM-2:30PM
JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for receiving linen and other inventory deliveries. Weekly inventory counts are completed and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse. Use of forklift and electric pallet jack is required. Effective communication skills are necessary to assist Operations with linen needs.
KNOWEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Basic knowledge of safety standards.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with an attention to detail and follow-through.
- Follow all safety guidelines and best practices, report issues to Management
- Receive linen and inventory purchase deliveries / Verify linen meets specifications and quantity is correct
- Ability to achieve forklift certification
- Complete accurate weekly inventory / Track linen injections
- Maintain the warehouse organization and keep free of safety hazards
- Open and stage new linen to inject
- Stock consumable supplies
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Basic ability to speak and understand English.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
- Understanding of all linen locations and ability to identify items
- Ability to push and pull full linen carts
- Ability to stand, kneel, bend twist, and carry cartons up to 50lbs
- Forklift Certification (training Provided)
- Effectively communicate on radio

The employee must constantly push and pull up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Fast-paced production environment - non-climate-controlled environment. Union environment with diverse workforce with multiple languages. Seven days per week operation - weekends required - nights may be required.
